The Spartan series is an entry-level product with lower price, power consumption, and smaller size. It adopts a small package and provides excellent performance to power ratio, and also includes MicroBlaze ™ Soft processor, supporting DDR3 memory, etc. Very suitable for industrial, consumer, and automotive applications, such as small controllers in industrial automation, simple logic control in consumer electronics, and auxiliary control modules in automotive electronics.












Compared to the Spartan series, the Artix series has added serial transceivers and DSP functionality, resulting in a larger logic capacity. Achieving a good balance between cost and performance, suitable for mid to low end applications with slightly complex logic, such as software defined radio, machine vision, low-end wireless backhaul, and embedded systems that are cost sensitive but require certain performance.












The Kintex series is a mid-range series that excels in both the number of hard cores and logical capacity. Designed to achieve excellent cost/performance/power balance at 28nm nodes, providing high DSP resolution, cost-effective packaging, and support for PCIe ®  Mainstream standards such as Gen3 and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Suitable for application scenarios such as data centers, network communication, 3G/4G wireless communication, flat panel displays, video transmission, etc.










The Virtex series, as a high-end series, has the highest performance and reliability. Having large-scale logical units, high bandwidth serial transceivers, powerful DSP processing capabilities, and abundant storage resources, it can handle complex calculations and data streams. Commonly used in high-performance applications such as 10G to 100G networking, portable radar, ASIC prototype design, high-end military communication, high-speed signal processing, etc. 2、 The Zynq-7000 series of Zynq products integrates ARM and FPGA programmable logic, achieving collaborative design of software and hardware. Provide different models with varying logical resources, storage capacities, and interface quantities to meet different application requirements. Low power consumption characteristics are suitable for embedded application scenarios, such as industrial automation, communication equipment, medical equipment, automotive electronics, etc.










The Zynq UltraScale+MPSoC series offers higher performance and richer features, including more processor cores, larger storage capacity, and higher communication bandwidth. Supports multiple security features, suitable for applications with high security requirements. Can be used in fields such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, data center acceleration, aerospace and defense, high-end video processing, etc.









The ynq UltraScale+RFSoC series shares similarities in architecture with MPSoC, including both ARM and FPGA components. But it has been optimized and enhanced in RF signal processing, integrating a large number of RF related modules and functions such as ADC, DAC, etc., which can directly collect and process RF signals, greatly simplifying the design complexity of RF systems. Mainly applied in RF related fields, such as 5G communication base stations, software defined radios, phased array radars, etc.

The Versal series is the Adaptive Computing Acceleration Platform (ACAP) product line launched by Xilinx.







Versal Prime The Versal Prime series is aimed at a wide range of application areas, providing high-performance computing and flexible programmable capabilities. It has high application value in fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data centers, and communication, and can meet application scenarios with high requirements for computing performance and flexibility.



The Versal AI Core series focuses on artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, with powerful AI processing capabilities. Integrated with a large number of AI engines and hardware accelerators, it can efficiently process various AI algorithms and models, providing powerful computing support for artificial intelligence applications.

Versal AI Edge series is designed for edge computing and terminal device applications, featuring low power consumption, small size and high computing density. It is suitable for edge computing scenarios such as automatic driving, intelligent security and industrial automation, and can realize efficient AI reasoning and real-time data processing on edge devices.
